A bit about me and my journey

I recently transitioned back from a managerial role to an individual contributor as a Sr. Digital Product Designer at RBC. I realized how much I’ve missed designing and exploring different possibilities when solving user problems.

My experience as a people manager helped me grow tremendously as a designer and as a leader in those years. I got to work with the senior leadership team, get stronger in discovery research and activities, became more comfortable in handling conflicts and speaking up, and better at prioritization (my time and my work).
